We SCA Heavy Equipment Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, established as a private limited company in 2013 with its headquarters and manufacturing plants in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

The Company has indigenousyl designed and deveolped a host of materail handling equipment like Loaded & Empty Reach stackers, Side LiS Trucks, Various Capacity Forklifts ranging from 10 to 50 tonnes and Various Atachments, to make Material Handling Versatile.

SCA is the first Indian company to indigenously develop and manufacture 45 and 50 ton capacity Forklift trucks, equivalent to the renowned international makes of Material Handling Equipment.

A total of 300+ Units make material handling equipment are successfully deployed by customers in the core sectors of Indian economy.

After having attained the above milestone, the company leaped to the manufacture of Electric Reachstackers. SCA is the first Indian Manufacturer to launch Electric Reachstackers in the Indian market with Indigenous content.

In a short span of time, the company has secured orders for 16 numbers of Electric Reachstackers from major CFS / ICD operators. It is noteworthy that Container Corporation of India (CONCOR), a Public Sector Undertaking, decided to go green and awarded their first E-RST order to SCA.

SCA Electric Reachstacker is a significant step forward in supporting MAKE IN INDIA initiative and contributing to the reduction of Carbon footprint across ports and logistics sector. It is estimated that approximately 280 tons of CO2 per RST per year could be reduced by deployment of Electric Reachstacker v/s Diesel Reachstacker.

To fulfil the company’s core objective to derive customer delight, by ensuring minimum down Ame of the equipment supplied, the company has established service facilities at various locations in the country. Essential spare parts backup is also ensured by a planned inventory management system.

By undertaking Operation and Maintenance contracts for all types and makes of material handling equipment,from customers in both public and private sectors, the company has also made a strong entry into the service industry.

In order to facilitate the users of rented equipment, the company now offers selective Material Handling Equipment on long time Rental basis.

Structured plans are also afoot in the company, to take up manufacture and market more electric material handling equipment, and support India’s green energy initiatives.

SCA was established as a Private Limited Company in 2013with its headquarters at Bengaluru First Equipment, 35 ton capacity forklift truck(LT-35) was rolled out in September 2013

2014

Fork lift truck(LT-20) was launched in April 2014

2015

Empty Container Handler- 3 high (ECH08/3) was launched in July 2015
10 ton capacity Fork Lift Truck (LT-10) was launched in November 2015
12 ton capacity Fork Lift Truck (LT-12) was launched in January 2015
